The General Council Court of Justice is for keeping law & order in the Union of Republics and for recent ejected/banned nations from the Server to appeal their ejection/banning or recent Condemnation if the Court of Justice rules in their favor then they will be allowed back into the region on probation for 3 weeks or the Condemnation repealed.

 

GC member states can submit resolutions to expand the functions of Court of Justice, but resolutions cannot allow them to overrule a WA Condemnation.
